What ridevue is

ridevue is an information tool that shows where rideshare demand has historically clustered in NYC — by zone, hour, and day — plus optional driver-amenity layers (relief stands, EV chargers, restrooms, transit).

• Estimates, not guarantees. What you see is a typical historical pattern. It is not a promise of rides, earnings, or any outcome.
• No navigation. ridevue hands off to your own Google Maps, Waze, or Apple Maps; we do not provide turn-by-turn directions. You are responsible for safe, lawful driving and for following all posted signs and rules (including at relief stands and other amenities).

Independence

ridevue is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Uber, Lyft, or the NYC TLC. Uber and Lyft are trademarks of their respective owners.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use ridevue. ridevue is built for NYC rideshare drivers; other users are welcome to explore, but the demand and amenity data is NYC-only.

Subscriptions, billing, and automatic renewal

• ridevue is offered free during a promotional period. After your free period, a subscription is $9.99 per month unless otherwise stated.
• Automatic renewal. Paid subscriptions renew automatically each month, and your payment method is charged each period until you cancel. We disclose the renewal date and amount before you are charged.
• Cancel anytime. You can cancel at any time from your account (Stripe Customer Portal) or by emailing hello@ridevue.ai. Cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds. [Placeholder — refund policy to be confirmed with counsel before the paid launch.]
• Taxes. Prices may be subject to applicable sales tax.
• Price changes. We will give notice of any price change before it takes effect.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service: no scraping, no attempts to break security, no abusive or fraudulent reports, and no unlawful use.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

ridevue is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ridevue and its owner are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for decisions you make based on the app. Amenity data comes from public sources and may be out of date — always follow posted signs and current rules.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
